Food Truck is $39 a month (1 location, up to 5 users). Restaurant is $89 a month (1 location, up to 20 users). Extra users are $3 a month each.

Free trial

New accounts get 14 days free. Starting the trial requires a card. Nothing is charged during it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged the monthly price on day 15. Three days before the trial ends, we email you a reminder with the date and the amount.

Automatic renewal

After that, your subscription renews every month on the same date, and we charge the card on file, until you cancel. Each charge gets an emailed receipt.

How to cancel

Online, any time, in a few clicks:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Billing, then Manage or cancel subscription.
3. Choose cancel on the page that opens.

You can also email scott@vsbie.com from the account owner's address, or call 1-866-848-4374. A request made by email or phone takes effect the day we receive it. Every cancellation is confirmed by email.

What happens when you cancel

Access continues until the end of the month you've paid for. No more charges. After that, there are 30 days to export your data. If you cancel during the trial, access ends when the trial does.

Refunds

• During the free trial, cancelling costs nothing.
• Monthly fees are not refunded for partly used months. We do refund the unused part of the month when we reduce what you pay for, or end your account without cause.
• Charged by mistake (a renewal after you cancelled, a double charge)? We refund it in full.

Refunds go back to the original card within 10 business days.

Price changes

At least 30 days' notice, by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. Cancelling before then is fine.
